About

Welcome to Dabbl!

What does it mean to Dabbl? For the longest time I’ve been told that I need to find my niche and pursue it. Although I know this is valuable business wisdom, when I tried to sit down and really think about what my niche was, I could not think of just one thing. I strive to be well-rounded since I have a wide range of interests. Doing the same thing over and over is simply boring to me. My monkey brain hops from interest to interest. There are so many things that I like to Dabbl in. Some great advice I’ve gotten is, “You don’t follow your passion, your passion follows you.” I believe if you try enough different things, your chances of finding your passion will likely go up.

Here’s my philosophy on life. Try as many things as you possibly can, then pick and choose what you’d like to incorporate into your own life. I look at it as a buffet. Take what you’d like and leave what you don’t. That’s exactly how I’d like this blog to be utilized. Please don’t just take what is said here without giving it your own try. There is no one method for anyone. Why do we follow plans from self development books or fitness plans or diet routines that are meant to be followed to a “T”? Everyone is unique and it’s up to you to find out what works for you. And the only way you’ll find out is by trying for yourself.

All my life I’ve had this itch. I love optimizing my life. Whether it is fitness, mindfulness, mental health, sports, productivity, outdoors, entrepreneurship, cooking, entertainment, ect. I think almost anyone can find something that sparks their interest.

Enjoy!
